Dr. Zipper is one of the nation's most recognized thought leaders and Post-Doctoral Instructors. He has personally trained over 1,000 surgeons in his techniques. Dr. Zipper has been the focus of numerous Urogynecology DVDs and continues to be one of the most prominent innovators in his field. He is the inventor of some of the newest and most promising techniques and devices for the treatment of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse including a sling method with a 99 percent success rate.
He founded GyneShape, an company which manufactures GynePulseVRL and DiamondVRL lasers used in his patented vaginal and labial rejuvenation procedures. He is credited with creating the world's first Incisionless Vaginal Rejuvenation procedure.
Dr. Zipper attended the University of Connecticut and remains a devout Husky fan. He completed his graduate training at New York City's Mount Sinai School of Medicine. His post doctoral work and Urogynecology training was completed at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital. He moved to Melbourne in 1998 where he started what is now recognized as one of the nation's premier Urogynecology treatment centers, Zipper Urogynecology Associates.
