James Raders, M.D.
Fellowship-Trained Urogynecologist
Dr. Raders is a fellowship-trained urogynecologist with more than 30 years of experience. While in Minnesota, he was voted as the"Best Physician for Women"in 2007 and 2008. He has conducted extensive research in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
Dr. Raders is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He currently serves as a reviewer for the International Urogynecology Journal. He is an active member of the International Urogynecology Society, the American Urogynecology Society and the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Dr. Raders attended the University of Iowa where he earned his undergraduate and medical degrees. His post doctoral work and Urogynecology training was completed at the University of Florida School of Medicine. He underwent fellowship training in urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery at the highly respected Cleveland Clinic and the Institute for Female Pelvic Medicine in Pennsylvania. He moved to Melbourne in 2011 to join what is now recognized as one of the nation's premier Urogynecology treatment centers, Zipper Urogynecology.
For more than 20 years, he served as an adjunct professor and clinical professor with the Univeristy of Minnesota.
